COVID-19 & Safety

What measures are you taking to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus?

As an essential service, pest control is allowed to operate during the pandemic, and we follow all CDC and local government COVID regulations. 

  • Social Distancing: We practice social distancing during all visits and avoid things like handshakes
  • Wearing Masks: We wear masks during all visits to protect ourselves and our customers. We also wear gloves
  • Shift to Offline: We try to do most of the arrangements over the phone or online, including scheduling payments

People & Pets

Are your pest control services people and pet friendly?

Yes, we only use high quality, highly regulated treatments that have been independently certified to be pet safe. We also offer a naturally-based product for those looking for a more environmentally friendly, effective and pet safe pest control option.

Be Home?

Do I have to be home when you spray?

No, we can service your property while you are away. Our customers achieve great results with outside service only, if treatment is required inside we prefer that you or your representative be present.

Scheduling

Can I pick a date and time for pest control service?

Please ask us about your special needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Contract?

Do I have to sign a pest control contract?

No, we will agree that your home or business will be pest free and you agree to pay us for that. If either of us does not hold up our end of the bargain…I know this sounds simple, but it works. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will ask for a chance to correct our actions or lack of action and keep you as a valuable customer. We will never make you continue to use us if you are not happy.
